Andrea Wood

Andrea Wood

Chairperson (Term ends 2026)
A Crook County native that graduated from Hulett High School, Andrea’s family has been in the region for over 100 years. Andrea and her husband, Matt, live on Deer Creek Ranch with their two children, Ellen and Gary. Andrea is the current owner/manager of Devils Tower Events & Rental and TriState Communications/Dirt Road Radio, and General Manager of the Devils Tower KOA and Campstool Cafe. She previously taught junior high and high school for 15 years.

Andrea has an Associates Degree from Laramie County Community College, a Bachelors Degree and two Masters Degrees from the University of Wyoming, and a Masters Degree from Chadron State College.

Her interests include spending time with her family on the ranch, developing regional history projects, community service and reading.

Lorie Marchant

Lorie Marchant

Vice Chairperson (Term ends 2026)
A current Sundance residence, Lorie also graduated from Sundance High School. She then went on to get an Associates Degree from Eastern Wyoming College. When not working in insurance, Lorie enjoys being outside either reading a book or out on the ATV.

Neal Gray

Neal Gray

Treasurer (Term ends 2024)
Neal grew up on a ranch south of Moorcroft and has retired there to the ranch. He graduated from High School in Saratoga in 1967.

Neal has owned an antique store in Moorcroft since 2015 and enjoys playing music. He plays at nursing homes and assisted living venues for fun.

Amy Boswell

Amy Boswell

Secretary (Term ends 2024)
A proud Hulett High School graduate, Amy also has her Bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Currently is a sales clerk for Devils Tower Natural History Association at Devils Tower National Monument, where she enjoys sharing the history of the area with visitors.

Amy loves ranch life, photography, and her family.

Board Member (Term ends 2026)
A Sundance area native, Amy is a small business owner and rancher. She got get Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from University of Wyoming.

As a forever horse woman and rancher, Amy loves to play polo, raise her own beef, garden, and cook. She also loves to travel and try new restaurants everywhere she goes.

Galen Moline

Galen Moline

Board Member (Term ends 2026)
Galine is the a 4th generation on the X-Heart Ranch in NE Crook county and graduate of Sundance High School. Graduated with a Bachelors from the University of Wyoming and got a Masters Degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff AZ. He spent 20+ years teaching history classes at the high school level.

Galen loves reading, traveling, and is enjoying the retirement life with his wife of 40+ years.
